I would like to say a juicy steak but in all honesty it’s more likely to be a toastie….we’ve had our old George Foreman for years and really needs replacing but it does do great toasties!
Square sausage for the dog – it’s the only thing he will eat for his tea but at least it’s cooked in a more healthy way.

I have to admit, it would be thick slices of aubergine…. I just cooked up a batch yesterday for marinating in garlic, ginger, olive oil and balsamic (delicious in pitta bread) and I am sure they would cook much faster and look far prettier with the griddle lines if I had a grill!
