Knorr are sending me a seasonal box of top quality produce from Forman and Field, but have also kindly offered to send one out to one of you lucky lot 🙂

chopped tarragon
chopped parsley
tomatoes

    I love chicken with lots of veg, like peas, carrot, sweetcorn, served with steam brown rice. I really could eat chicken for most meals, we have it regularly for our evening meal. There’s just so much you can do with chicken.

    My favourite is Somerset Chicken. I had it quite often when I stayed there on holiday! I commonly see Somerset Pork recipes but if you ever go to Wells….try the somerset chicken. 🙂 x

    My favourite Chicken dish is Crispy Chicken – it’s basically chicken breast cut into strips then covered in a batter – made from flour and a few spices (whatever takes your fancy!) – we use paprika, chinese five spice & cayenne pepper. The kids love helping and getting their hands in mixing the batter! The only thing I don’t like is the washing up afterwards!
