Ideal for…
For us the summer holidays! With lots of journeys in cars, trains and planes on the agenda over the next six weeks, these little kit bags are ideal for carrying everything the boys need to keep themselves entertained. As well as all the goodies you get inside, there’s still space for paper and notebooks.
You could also get them in for the start of the new school year in September, but my boys are dreadful at taking things to school then immediately losing them all. So for us these will be our kits for home and holidays.
What do the boys think of them?
The boys were utterly delighted when they received their stationery sets, especially as they were personalised and could take full ownership of them. Siblings fight over EVERYTHING, so the fact that it’s all named means there’s absolutely no confusion.
They got stuck in straight away writing thank you letters to their teachers at the end of the school year.
Sam says: “It’s very useful, i’m going to use if for drawing pictures on holiday.”
Arlo says: “I’m going to use it to make stuff and cut things out for my cousins on holidays.”
They are now packed into their hand luggage for our 11 hour flight to the states… it’s going to be a looooooooooong day!
Overall verdict?
A supremely useful wallet for keeping your child’s drawing and writing kit together, with a great selection of pens and pencils perfect for colouring and writing their way through the holidays. It’s a serious thumbs up from the Feeding Boys household!
