    I love making up veggie kebabs, lots of fresh peppers onions mushroom tomatoes and I also add haloumi cheese to the kebabs too! Now where’s the sun gone?

    Chicken kebabs. I marinate the chicken in a spicy sauce and then alternate on a skewer with chunky onion and red pepper.

    Kebabs – lamb or chicken, tightly packed with onions and peppers. I love the way the onions and peppers get charred at the edges while still crisp and crunchy in the middle, it seems to bring out the sweetness in them.

    Must admit I’m rather partial to salmon on a BBQ. Took us a while to get just right, but was worth it in the end.

    might be boring but beef burgers. Would not eat any kind of beef burgers only the burger has been cooked on a BBQ.
