Making your own dips might seem like a waste of time when you can buy them in the shops, but honestly this little fella takes about 5 minutes of your time.
And for that little investment you’ll be richly rewarded my friends. This dip is SO delicious it will not last very long. In fact if you’re making it for a party then i’d recommend doubling up the recipe.
The kids loved it, the grown ups loved it. It’s a real storecupboard affair using frozen peas, shop bought mint sauce, lemon and creme fraiche.
I conjured it up for the folks at Ryvita – and if you like it please head over to their facebook page to vote for it to win!!!!!!
